Community guidelines
Last updated 21 October 2026.
The feed is meant to feel like a group chat with friends, a place for funny nights and small wins. These rules keep it that way.
What is welcome
- Your own nights, streaks and sleep-talk moments.
- Cheering friends on. Reactions and kind comments.
- Jokes at your own expense.
What is not
- Recording people without their say. Only share clips of someone else, such as a partner or housemate, if they know and are happy about it. If someone asks you to take a clip down, do.
- Harassment and hate. No bullying, threats, or attacks on people for who they are.
- Sexual content. No nudity or sexual material, including in audio.
- Pretending to be someone else.
- Spam and scams. No adverts, links to sell things, or bulk invites.
- Medical claims. Please do not give medical advice or tell others to stop treatment.
- Anything illegal, or that puts someone in danger.
- Gaming the points. No fake nights or fake shares.
Your controls
Every post and comment has a report option, and every profile has block. Blocking someone removes your friendship and hides you from each other both ways. You can also delete your own posts and comments, and comments left on your posts.
What happens when you report
- A person on our team reads it. Reports are not handled by an automatic filter.
- If it breaks these guidelines we hide it, and for serious or repeated cases we suspend the account.
- If it does not, we close the report. We do not tell the person who reported.
We cannot always say what we did, to protect everyone involved. If you think we got it wrong, email us from the support page and we will take another look.
Public posts
Public posts need an account with a few tracked nights and are always your choice. They can be seen by anyone with the link, so think before you post.
