Sleep is personal, so we keep this short and plain. Slothdom collects what it needs to work and nothing to sell.

What we collect

What we do not collect

Why we use it

To run the service you asked for: tracking and the morning report, your streak and points, the friends feed, Pro, support, and keeping the community safe. Our legal bases under UK and EU data protection law are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse, and your consent where we ask for it (for example the microphone and notifications on your phone).

The assistant

Your phone may write your morning note itself. If it cannot, the app sends summary numbers (such as hours slept and your streak) to our server, which asks an AI model through llm11 to write one short message. If you use dream reflections, the dream text you type is sent too, for that request only. We do not send audio.

Who helps us run it

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who can see what

Your night card and your day card go to your friends if you leave auto-posting on, and your healthy time and streak appear on their leaderboard unless you switch day sharing off. Clips and any public post go only where you put them. Public posts and their share links can be seen by anyone. Your handle, display name, picture and streak are visible to other members. Sleep results are never public unless you post them.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. In the app, go to your profile and choose Delete account: your nights, clips, posts, points and sign-in are removed from our servers. Waitlist emails are kept until you are invited, or until you ask us to remove you. Backups age out within a few weeks.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will help. If you are unhappy with how we handled something, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local regulator.

Age

Slothdom is for people aged 16 and over.

Changes

If we change this in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
